Twenty-Four

Happy 4th of July everyone!!

I'm heading over to my friend, Sean's, house in a couple of hours to enjoy a yummy veggie feast! Sean is making us all dinner using only the ingredients he picked from his grandma's garden. Then we're heading down to the waterfront to watch the fireworks while drunk on champagne. I love Sunday's and I love the holiday's! I hope every one is having just as much, if not more, fun today.

SO MANY FESTIVE CAKES! I am so jealous that you get to eat fresh fruits and veggies and drink champagne. What a wonderful evening!

Meggstatus-unfortunately I only got to witness this cake through my computer screen but I was definitely drooling the entire time. It looks so fluffy and scrumptious! MMmm

Mitzi-I wish all these festive cakes were apart of my festivities! But the fresh veggies and champagne definitely made up for it, the only problem is now I have a bad champagne hangover...ooof

Kacesi-Thank you! I hope you had a wonderful 4th too! I have no idea how one would even go about making that second cake but it looks amazing. And yes let's get together this week, we should a bake a cake too.. :P

Wow those cakes are gorgeous and champagne and fireworks sound like a perfect combo! Your moving to Seattle, how exciting! I've heard such wonderful things about that city I really need to visit it one of these days. It is sooo hard for me not to thrift. Today there is a 1/2 off sale at my fave thrift store..I might have to drop by..it is so addicting.
