Fourteen

Sorry for the absence of my usual "Mad Hatter" Monday post yesterday. I'm leaving for Seattle tomorrow for the next 2 weeks and had to take advantage of my day-off by running around all day finishing up some last minute things. I, also, spent an accumulation of 6 hours of walking on Sunday between 2 flea markets (not counting the inventory shift I had later that day from 7-12am). So, by the time I got home yesterday my legs ached and my body shut down and there was no leaving my bed. The one good thing about this was I watched The Young Victoria with Emily Blunt and Rupert Friend. I am so fascinated by history and her story is not one I've really explored yet. The film did bring an interest in me to her story and I already want to run to the nearest book store and pick up a few biographies on her. But it wasn't just her story that was inspiring; the film aesthetically was beautiful between the costumes, the detailing of braiding in the hairstyles and decorative bonnets.

(Expect a flea market post later today! And I promise to reply to comments once I'm off work today, sorry I've been slow about that)

After stumbling across your blog, I think I finally have found someone that loves hats as much as I do. Which mean's that you should consider me your newest fan.
